Reservation-less 24x7    It’s easy, convenient and yours 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  BrainWave Communications will provide you with a personalized toll or toll-free telephone number along with a unique host/moderator and participant passcode. 

Passcode Reserved    We’ll provide you a passcode for each of your

conference calls.  Call our reservations department to schedule your call and

we’ll provide a dial-in number, moderator passcode and participant passcode.

Operated Assisted

Meet-Me Call    Our Meet-Me service is great for those High Touch calls that require personalized attention.  A dedicated account team will provide you the service and support you expect to greet your customers. 

Operator Dial-Out    Our conference coordinator initiates the call by dialing out to all conference participants at the predetermined start time.  The list of participant names and numbers will be given to our reservationist when the call is being set up.   

ConferenceView    Provides the moderator with the ability to monitor and manage question & answer sessions on High Profile Calls from your office via the Internet, along with your dedicated conference coordinator.
